I was always told to make my plate of food as naturally colorful as possible. That means eat foods that are naturally red, green, yellow… you know, all those fruits and vegetables! That’s why when I saw this SUPER simple recipe for a healthy and colorful yogurt I knew I had to try it. This is absolutely perfect for a simple breakfast, a quick lunch-pick-me-up or a healthy dessert. It’s a blueberry & caramel swirl and caramel can be substituted of course.

Get a handful of blueberries and blackberries and warm them on lowest possible heat. When there’s a sauce created, take it off the stove and stir in coconut yogurt. You can garnish with blueberries, blackberries and caramel (you could use peanut butter or any other nutbutter) mint and a little lime (juice). And enjoy! And that’s it! Hope you guys love it!
